  1. Exit Prosper Trail and head west

  2. Continue west on Prosper Trail for approximately 1.5 miles

  3. Our office is located at 1630 W Prosper Trail

  4. Turn into the medical office complex and proceed to Suite 140

From US Highway 380:

  1. Head north on the Dallas North Tollway

  2. Exit Prosper Trail and turn left (west)

  3. Continue west on Prosper Trail for about 1.5 miles

  4. Turn into the complex at 1630 W Prosper Trail

  5. Our office is in Suite 140

From FM 1385 / Frontier Parkway:

  1. Travel east on Prosper Trail

  2. Continue past Coit Road toward the Dallas North Tollway

  3. The office is located at 1630 W Prosper Trail, on the south side of the road

  4. Enter the complex and locate Suite 140
